General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The data you provide on this application form will be secured in a database and used for our self-employed operator application process. This data may be used in subsequent years to link your previous Calendar Club employment history so that we can improve matching of future store employment opportunities when you apply. Your application data may be used during the testing and development of internal applications related to our application processing systems within Calendar Club Ltd. All data is stored securely in line with GDPR requirements including limiting access to your personal data to only those staff that require it for the purposes of processing your application or developing new systems that relate to the application process.
Data for successful applicants will be stored securely for six years after your last working date for tax purposes. Your name and email address will be used and stored securely in a third party website which we use for our online training platform.
Data for unsuccessful or incomplete applications will be held securely for one year. This is so that we can advise you if a new suitable store becomes available.

Right to Work Documentation & References
Successful applicants will be asked to provide documentation to show their right to work in the United Kingdom or The Republic of Ireland (whichever is applicable) before entering into a contract. You will also be asked to provide information for us to obtain references.
